Qĭngwèn nín xūyào guà nǎgè kēshì? 护士:早       上     好!   请问     您   需要   挂   哪个 科室?

 

Nurse: Good morning. Which department do you want to register with? Bìngrén:  Wǒ yě bú tài qīngchŭ. 病人:      我  也 不太   清楚。

Patient:  I have no idea. Hùshi:  Nà qĭngwèn nín nǎlĭ bù  shūfu. 护士: 那    请问     您  哪里不 舒服?

Nurse:  What's troubling you? Bìngrén: Wǒ wèi téng, ěxīn, hái xiǎng tù. 病人:     我    胃  疼,恶心,还  想    吐。

Patient:  I have stomachache, nausea and vomiting. Hùshi: Nà nín zuì hǎo guà xiāohuà nèikē ba! Nín yĭqián lái guò wǒmen yīyuàn ma? 护士:那   您 最  好    挂   消化      内科  吧!您   以前 来 过   我们     医院   吗?

Nurse: It seems you have troubles with your stomach. I suggest you go to the Digestive System Department. Have you ever been to this hospital? Bìngrén:  Méiyǒu. 病人:      没有。

Patient:  No. Hùshi: Hǎo de, nà qĭng nín xiān tiánxiě zhè zhāng guàhàobiǎo. 护士: 好 的,那 请   您    先    填写    这      张       挂号表。 Wǒmen xūyào nín de niánlíng, zhùzhĭ hé xìngbié děng xìnxī. 我们      需要    您   的   年龄, 住址  和   性别    等    信息。

Nurse: O.K. In that case, you have to fill in this registration card with the information like your age, gender and address. Bìngrén:  Biǎo tián hǎo le,  gěi nĭ. 病人:      表     填   好  了,给 你。

Patient:  Here is my registration card. Hùshi: Xièxiè. Xiāohuà nèikē de guàhào fèi shì shí yuán. 护士:谢谢。   消化      内科 的  挂号     费  是  十  元。

Nurse: Thank you. The registration fee is ten Yuan. Bìngrén: Hǎo de. Qĭngwèn xiāohuà nèikē zài nǎlĭ? 病人:     好   的。  请问     消化      内科   在  哪里?

Patient: Ok. But could you tell me how to get the Digestive System Department please? Hùshi: Qĭng nín zuò diàntī dào wŭ lóu, yòu guǎi. Nín huì kàn dào zhĭshìpái de. 护士: 请    您   坐  电梯   到   五 楼,右  拐。 您   会   看 到    指示牌    的。

Nurse: Please take the elevator to the fifth floor and then turn right. You'll see a sign. Bìngrén: Duō xiè le. 病人:     多  谢 了。

Patient: Thanks a lot. Hùshi: Bú kèqi. 护士:不  客气。

"不舒服 (bù shūfu)" is the Chinese phrase for "not feeling well." Example: Wǒ zuìjìn mángyú zhǔnbèi hànyǔ shuǐpíng kǎoshì, shēntǐ dōu yǒu diǎn bù shūfu le. 我   最近  忙于       准备      汉语      水平      考试,  身体   都  有    点    不   舒服 了。
