   Ò, zhège ya, wŏmen jiào wăngbā. 
B:哦,这个呀, 我们   叫    网吧。          
      Well, we say “wăngbā.”

      Méiyǒu, wǒ juéde tĭng yǒuqù de.  
B:  没有,   我  觉得  挺   有趣  的。         
     No, because I think it’s very interesting to do that.

      Ò,   yuánlái shì zhème huíshì. Shìqíng hěn jĭnjí ma?
A:哦,原来  是   这么   回事。事情    很  紧急 吗?            
     I see. Is that very urgent?

      Shìde, zài guò liăngtiān jiùyào fābù le.
B:是的,再  过    两天   就要   发布了。             
      Yes, the article will be released in two days.

      Rúguŏ nĭ zháojí de huà,  kéyĭ qù wăngbā.    
A:如果   你  着急  的 话,可以 去  网吧。          
      If you are worried, you can go to an Internet cafe.

      Wăngbā? Wŏ duì zhè’r bùshú, nĭ zhīdào fùjìn nălĭ yŏu wăngbā ma?
B:网吧?    我   对  这儿 不熟,你 知道 附近 哪里 有  网吧  吗?                  
      Internet cafe? I am not familiar about the area here; do you know any Internet cafe nearby?

      Wényì lù dōngbiān yŏu gè xiăo măyĭ wăngbā, nĭ  kěyĭ  qù nàlĭ shàngwăng.
A:文艺  路   东边      有  个   小  蚂蚁     网吧,你  可以 去 那里  上网。           
      There is an Internet Cafe called Little Ants on the east of Wenyi Road and you can go there.

      Tài hăo le,  xièxie nĭ de tíxĭng.  Duì le, nàge wăngbā wăngsù zěnmeyàng?
B:太  好 了,谢谢 你 的 提醒。对了,那个   网吧     网速     怎么样?               
      Great, thank you for reminding me. By the way, what about the Internet connection speed?

       Wăngsù hěn kuài, wŏ jīngcháng qù nàlĭ. 
A:网速       很  快,   我    经常    去 那里。        
     The internet is fast and I go there often.

      Nà jiù hăo. Nàme yí gè xiăoshí duōshăo qián?
B:那 就 好。 那么 一个 小时     多少     钱?               
      That is fine. And how much does it cost per hour?

      Búshì hěn guì, sān kuài qián yí gè xiăoshí.
A:不是  很 贵, 三   块    钱 一 个 小时。            
      It is not so expensive, three yuan per hour.

       Hăode, wŏ xiàwŭ jiù qù.
B:好的, 我  下午  就 去。              
      Okay, I will go to the Internet Cafe this afternoon.

生词 (shēngcí) Vocabulary: 

愁眉苦脸 (chóuméikŭliăn): adj to look very worried    

上网 (shàngwăng): to surf the Internet  

网速 (wăngsù): n speed of the Internet connection   

用法 (yòngfă) Usage

哪里 (nălĭ) &那里 (nàlĭ)

“哪里 (nălĭ)” is usually used in the following situations: 

a. To ask about the location, i.e. where. For example:  
 
Tā qù năér le?     
他 去 哪儿 了?                  
 Where is he?

b. To express modesty, i.e. not at all or it’s nothing. For example:      

—Nĭ de xīnniáng zhēn piàoliang! 
 —你的  新娘        真      漂亮!                       
 —You bride is really beautiful.   

—Nălĭ   nălĭ,    guòjiăng le.
—哪里 哪里,过奖  了。                         
—Not at all. You are flattering me.

“那里 (nàlĭ)” refers to a place, i.e. there. For example:  

—Wŏ de shū zài nălĭ?  
—我   的  书 在  哪里?                     
 —Where is my book?   

—Bú jiù zài nàlĭ me! 
 —不 就 在 那里 么!                         
 —It is right over there!
