“慢走”Does mean to walk slowly. Here it means walk slowly, don’t fall. It just like saying ’safe drive’ when you leave in the US.

Literally, it does, but in this context, it means, take care.

Does “慢走” mean to walk slowly?

“C” is right. In China, I often hear people speaking Mandarin like this.
