“希望” can be both a noun and a verb. Here is an example of when it is used as a noun: “有梦想就有希望 Where there is a dream, there is hope.”
In this quote, “希望” is a verb, but I know a phrase “Hope Project,” and “希望” is a noun in this phrase. Can “希望” be both a noun and a verb?
