What if I forget my password?
If you forget your password you can set up a new password by following the procedure below:
1. Click the Forget Password link when you are signing in.
2. Input the E-mail address you use when you sign up and submit.
3. We will send you an e-mail containing a new password.
4. Sign in with the new password.
How do I change my password?
You can change your password at any time after you sign up with eChineseLearning. To change your password:
1. Sign in with your ID and password and click My Account.
2. Click "My Information".
3. Click "Change My Password".
4. Enter your former password.
5. Enter your new password.
6. Confirm your new password.
7. Click "Change".
What if I forget my ID?
1. Click the Forget ID link when you are signing in.
2. Enter your E-mail address.
3. Click "Submit" and you will be able to get back your ID.

Can I change my ID?
Sorry, you are not able to change your ID with eChineseLearning, but if you wish, you can sign up with a new ID.
