Subscription Terms and Conditions
Subscription is non-transferable and may not be sold or bartered.
Subscription fees will be billed at the beginning of your subscription or any renewal. Your monthly subscription cycle starts from the day when your subscription (or renewal) fee is paid to the same date in the following month.
Rnewal: Your monthly subscription will renew automatically, unless we terminate it or you notify us by e-mail of your decision to terminate your subscription. You must cancel your subscription before it renews in order to avoid billing of subscription fees for the renewal term to your Credit Card. If you request cancellation after the scheduled billing date, your monthly fee will not be refunded.
Cancellation: You may e-mail cancellation requests to us at: service@eChineseLearning.com. Please include your login information as well as your name, and the e-mail address under which your account currently is registered.
You can take one private Chinese lesson every working day (from Monday to Friday Beijing Time) subject to availability of teachers. Students must schedule lessons at least 24 hours ahead of time. Students might have to book lessons at a time or choose a teacher that might not be their first choice. If you have any special requests, we will try our best to accommodate your needs.
eChineseLearning.com reserves the right to change the subscription Terms and Conditions without notice.

Student Feedback
“This is an extremely good way to either learn or improve your Chinese. The teachers are very well-qualified, the scheduling is extremely flexible, and the price is unbelievably cheap — a small fraction for what you would ordinarily have to pay in the US for such high quality one-to-one tutoring. I am recommending it to all of my students.”
