1. Qǐnɡ wèn nǐ zhī dào dà __ ɡuǎn zěn me zǒu mɑ ?
1. 请       问  你 知  道   大 __    馆    怎  么   走   吗 ?
Do you know the way to the embassy?

(大) shí(使) ɡuǎn(馆) means embassy in English.

2. Chāo shì lí wǒ jiā hěn jìn, fēi chánɡ fānɡ __ 。

The supermarket is very near to my home, it’s very convenient.

The Chinese character“便”has two different pronunciations. When we read it as “biàn”, the most commonly used word is “fānɡ biàn(方便)”, which means convenient.

Shǐ yònɡ(使用)“ means to use or to make. Like “shǐ yòng diàn qì (使用电器)” means use an electrical appliance. “Shǐ yòng gōng jù (使用工具)” means use a tool.

The Chinese character “便” has two different pronunciations. When it pronounces “pián”, it usually means cheap in price “pián yi(便宜)”.
