Subscription is non-transferable and may not be sold or bartered.
Money-back Guarantee:
For Two-Month Package subscribers: As a first-time student, if you are not satisfied with our service,
you can cancel your subscription within 1 week. You will only be charged for$99.99 and we will refund
the rest of your money.
For 20-Lesson Package: If you are not satisfied with our service before the 3rd lesson (i.e., you can try out for the first two lessons) or within 1 week, whichever comes first, you will only be charged for $99.99 and we will refund the rest of your money.
Cancellation:
you may e-mail cancellation requests to us at: service@eChineseLearning.com. Please include your login information as well as your name, and the e-mail address under which your account currently is registered.
Schedule lessons:
For 2-Month Package Subscribers: You can take one private Chinese lesson every working day (from Monday to Friday Beijing Time) subject to availability of teachers. Students must schedule lessons at least 24 hours ahead of time. Students might have to book lessons at a time or choose a teacher that might not be their first choice. If you have any special requests, we will try our best to accommodate
your needs.
For 20-Lesson Package Subscribers: You can take (up to) 4 private Chinese lesson every day, 5 days
a week, subject to availability of teachers. Students must schedule lessons at least 24 hours ahead of time. Students might have to book lessons at a time or choose a teacher that might not be their first choice. If you have any special requests, we will try our best to accommodate your needs.
